While current membership is based on alumni from the school, supporters can contribute by collaborating with the association’s charitable efforts, donating to ongoing causes, or partnering with non-profits in Ethiopia that align with the association`s mission.

The association strengthens bonds among members while offering emotional, physical, and financial support during times of grief or natural disasters. It also provides educational and financial aid to orphans and underprivileged students, supports ill or struggling schoolmates and teachers, and contributes to broader charitable work in Ethiopia.

The association was initially formed by about 44 childhood friends, with 27 members joining soon after. Today, there are 22 active members residing in both the United States and Ethiopia.

 

The association is built on the principles of love, peace, and unity. It strictly avoids any religious, political, or racial bias, aiming to create a respectful and non-judgmental environment for all members.

The Catholic Cathedral Boys` School Association is a community of former students from the Cathedral Nativity School for Boys, established on April 18, 2021. The group was created to foster unity, friendship, and mutual support among its members and to serve those in need through charitable initiatives.
